On September 20-21, 2008, the central street of Kyiv, Khreshchatyk, again became the Formula 1 race track. For the first time, such a remarkable event took place on June 16, 2001, when the West McLaren Mercedes team unveiled their show called the West Adrenalin Show in Kyiv.
This time in the center of the capital of Ukraine was represented by a sporting spectacle – the Renault Road Show! The total length of the track was 1200 meters. September 21, 2008, at the wheel of the R27 car, were test pilots Roman Grozhan and Sakon Yamamoto.
The show attracted many fans of cars and great speed. JSA set up tribunes for VIP guests along “the highway” near Independence Square (Maidan).
